Florida Monitrice Care

Birth Support for St. Augustine & Saint John Families

Monitrice: Midwifery care meets hospital birth

We offer prenatal care, labor and home birth support, and full postpartum midwifery services, right here in St Augustine. We limit the number of clients we serve each month to ensure a personal experience that caters to your unique wants and needs. Whether this is your first baby or fifth, we've got you. We will work together to ensure that you have everything you need for a healthy pregnancy and empowering birth.

Birth your way, in the comfort of your home, with a team you know and trust.

Prenatal and Postpartum Care is not one size fits all. We want you to feel heard, supported and informed no matter where you are choosing to give birth.

This is a sacred journey and we've got your back every step of the way! You can do it. We can help.

Prenatal Care

Prenatal Care with a Licensed Midwife goes beyond the basics.

One-hour long appointments and complete prenatal education on nutrition, interventions, pregnancy discomforts, birth preparation, optimizing supplementation and more! Licensed Midwives take a whole-body approach to prenatal care.

Labor Support

For birth, a Licensed Midwife will support you through early labor in the comfort of your home, monitoring mom and baby’s well-being.

When it is time to transition to the hospital, we are by your side every step of the way – establishing care with the hospital team, giving reports and advocating for your birth plan.
